With our Gold and Platinum annual memberships, you'll have access to all content for 12 months. After this period, the renewal price will depend on the tier you choose. This also applies to any updated content. However, if you purchase a single course, you will have unlimited access to that course, so you can revisit the material whenever you need. Single courses do not include new content added to DermaHub

Yes - for all our annual memberships (Silver, Gold, and Platinum), you have the option to pay in 12 monthly instalments instead of paying the full amount upfront. This allows you to spread the cost of your subscription over the year while still enjoying full access from day one.

Please note that instalment plans are not available for one-off course purchases, which must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Yes - after your initial 12-month subscription period, you can choose to downgrade or cancel your membership. Just make sure to email us before your renewal date, otherwise your subscription will automatically renew for another year.

Please note that once your cancellation is processed, your access to DermaHub will end at the end of your current subscription term.

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order confirmation. This applies to both one-off courses and subscriptions.

To cancel, just email us at info@dermahub.com within that 14-day period. If you haven’t accessed any content, we’ll issue a full refund. If you’ve already started using the platform, we may deduct a proportionate amount based on your usage before the cancellation.

No — we strongly recommend that all learners complete in-person practical training, even if you're an active DermaHub member. DermaHub offers a rich library of online learning materials, including tutorials, webinars, and peer discussions, but it’s designed to complement, not replace, hands-on experience.
