Dr Terry Loong is a London-based integrative aesthetic and skin doctor with over 20 years of medical experience. She graduated from King’s College London / Guy’s, King’s & St Thomas’ Hospital and completed postgraduate surgical training before specialising in aesthetic medicine, combining her surgical foundation with advanced non-surgical practice. Dr Loong’s approach blends evidence-based Western science with holistic principles, informed by further training in functional medicine, nutrition, and hormonal balance. She is also a published author and experienced trainer, supporting clinicians and patients alike in achieving natural, regenerative outcomes and integrating PRP and other advanced treatments into clinical practice. Her work emphasises safety, personalised care, and lifelong skin and health resilience, helping patients look and feel their best with confidence and integrity. 

Having obtained his medical degree in 2005, Dr Chris engaged in further specialist training in Trauma, Orthopaedic & Reconstructive surgery.

As a qualified surgeon and fully registered GMC medical doctor, Dr Chris explored an alternative career in Aesthetic Medicine in 2013, initially alongside his surgical work. In 2016 he made the leap exclusively into the field of Aesthetic Medicine.  

As an experienced practitioner, and Derma Medical trainer since 2018, Dr Chris has flourished in the role of UK Education & Compliance Director within the company – ensuring provision of the highest quality, evidence-based training materials, as well as professionally developing and elevating the clinical excellence of the Derma Medical Educational Faculty.  

His clinical practice remains based in Hampshire, where he holds responsibilities as owner, Aesthetic Medicine Doctor and Clinical Director of the Romsey Medical Practice – a CQC-registered private medical clinic offering Aesthetic Medicine, GP, Dermatology, Gynaecology/Hormonal Health, Oculoplastic surgery, Physiotherapy and Nutritional therapy services.

Dr Roxanna Akrami graduated as a Doctor of Dental Medicine before beginning her career in private practice in central London. She subsequently pursued advanced training in aesthetic medicine, completing the full pathway of courses with Derma Medical, including Foundation, Advanced, Masterclass, and the Full Facial Transformation Masterclass. In addition, she has undertaken specialist training with leading pharmaceutical and aesthetics companies including Allergan, Teoxane, and Intraline. Now practising full time in medical aesthetics across multiple London clinics, Dr Akrami has extensive experience treating a diverse patient population and a wide range of aesthetic concerns. Her clinical focus is on delivering safe, natural, and holistic outcomes through evidence-based practice and a structured approach to assessment and treatment planning. Dr Akrami is committed to continuous professional development and upholding the highest standards of ethical care, with an emphasis on patient safety, transparency, and professionalism in every aspect of her work.
