Join us again, but this time for a very different kind of live injecting webinar. This session will transform into a live roundtable Q&A with a panel of senior Derma Medical trainers. Designed to tackle the real, nuanced, and sometimes uncomfortable questions that don’t always make it into structured lectures or slide decks. Rather than a traditional presentation, this event will be driven by you. We’re inviting attendees to submit their questions in advance - and we mean 'all' questions. The obscure.The controversial. The “I’ve always wondered but never asked”.

If it’s clinical, professional, ethical, or experience-led, we’re up for the challenge. Our panel will explore topics spanning anything from injectables, complications, patient management, decision-making, technique variations, and real-world scenarios drawn from years of frontline Medical Aesthetic practice. Expect honest discussion, differing viewpoints, practical insights, and potentially lively reflective debate – the kind of conversation that normally happens behind closed doors, brought into the open. Whether you’re early in your aesthetics journey or an experienced injector looking to stress-test your thinking, this session is designed to challenge assumptions, sharpen clinical judgement, and deepen understanding. Dr Roxanna Akrami

Dr Roxanna Akrami graduated as a Doctor of Dental Medicine before beginning her career in private practice in central London. She subsequently pursued advanced training in aesthetic medicine, completing the full pathway of courses with Derma Medical, including Foundation, Advanced, Masterclass, and the Full Facial Transformation Masterclass.

In addition, she has undertaken specialist training with leading pharmaceutical and aesthetics companies including Allergan, Teoxane, and Intraline. Now practising full time in medical aesthetics across multiple London clinics, Dr Akrami has extensive experience treating a diverse patient population and a wide range of aesthetic concerns. Her clinical focus is on delivering safe, natural, and holistic outcomes through evidence-based practice and a structured approach to assessment and treatment planning.

Dr Akrami is committed to continuous professional development and upholding the highest standards of ethical care, with an emphasis on patient safety, transparency, and professionalism in every aspect of her work.

Dr Nish Shah

Dr Nish is a medically trained aesthetics practitioner with extensive training in non-surgical treatments including dermal fillers, Intraline PDO threads (lifting and rejuvenation), and anti-wrinkle injections.

Following his BSc degree in Biomedical Sciences from St George’s University of London, Dr Nish completed a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at All Saints University School of Medicine, before enjoying a wealth of clinical experience in the US, notably in Chicago.

Expertly trained by some of the best in the industry, Dr Nish developed his art when he underwent masterclass training in some of the most advanced treatments such as cheek augmentation, tear trough rejuvenation, non-surgical rhinoplasty, and chin/jaw augmentation.

Dr Nish is a brand ambassador and KOL for Intraline – a global leader in the innovation of the highest quality PDO threads, dermal fillers, and skincare. He is a proud clinical trainer and lecturer at world-renowned Derma Medical Academy – the UK’s number 1 aesthetics training provider; enabling him to share and teach his passion for aesthetics with other medical professionals.

Dr Nish is also the official trainer for Sunekos – a provider of excellence in dermal biogenesis and winner of the Innovation and Pioneering Award at the Diamond Awards 2019.

Dr Chris Rennie

Having obtained his medical degree in 2005, Dr Chris engaged in further specialist training in Trauma, Orthopaedic & Reconstructive surgery.

As a qualified surgeon and fully registered GMC medical doctor, Dr Chris explored an alternative career in Aesthetic Medicine in 2013, initially alongside his surgical work. In 2016 he made the leap exclusively into the field of Aesthetic Medicine.  

As an experienced practitioner, and Derma Medical trainer since 2018, Dr Chris has flourished in the role of UK Education & Compliance Director within the company – ensuring provision of the highest quality, evidence-based training materials, as well as professionally developing and elevating the clinical excellence of the Derma Medical Educational Faculty.  

His clinical practice remains based in Hampshire, where he holds responsibilities as owner, Aesthetic Medicine Doctor and Clinical Director of the Romsey Medical Practice – a CQC-registered private medical clinic offering Aesthetic Medicine, GP, Dermatology, Gynaecology/Hormonal Health, Oculoplastic surgery, Physiotherapy and Nutritional therapy services.  

Dr Chris remains dedicated to advancing the field of Aesthetic Medicine through clinical practice, education, and leadership – guided by the core values and ethos of integrity, transparency and excellence – while always prioritising patient safety and outcome.

Dr Natasha Murcott

Dr Natasha Murcott embarked on her journey into aesthetics immediately after graduating from the University of Birmingham Dental School. She joined Derma Medical as a trainer in 2018 and transitioned to aesthetics full-time in 2020, taking a step away from dentistry. With a career that has spanned multiple prestigious clinics across the UK, including the renowned Harley Street, Dr Murcott has also established her own clinics in London, Birmingham, and Bath. Dr Terry Loong is a London-based integrative aesthetic and skin doctor with over 20 years of medical experience.
