Can I pay monthly?
You have the option to pay annually or pay monthly using our monthly instalment finance options on the website. The monthly payment options are only available for our Gold and Platinum memberships. For individual course purchases we currently do not offer monthly payment options.

How long will I have access to the content?
With our Gold and Platinum annual memberships, you'll have access to all content for 12 months. After this period, the renewal price will depend on the tier you choose. This also applies to any updated content. However, if you purchase a single course, you will have unlimited access to that course, so you can revisit the material whenever you need. Single courses do not include new content added to DermaHub
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, you can choose to pay for your DermaHub annual membership in monthly instalments through our financing options. Instalment payment options are not available for Courses.
Can I cancel my membership?
After the initial 12-month period, you can choose to downgrade or cancel your membership. Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to be valid. To cancel or make changes, simply email us at info@dermahub.com, and our team will assist you with the process. Once the cancellation has been processed, you will no longer have access to DermaHub.
Does DermaHub eliminate the need for face-to-face practical training with Derma Medical?
We highly recommend completing practical, in-person training in addition to being a DermaHub member. While DermaHub provides comprehensive online learning resources, including tutorials, webinars, and community discussions, it does not replace the hands-on experience and supervision you gain through practical training. Practical training is essential for mastering techniques and building confidence in real-life scenarios.
