Course Description

Testosterone decline is gradual. Your approach should be proactiveWeight isn't the issue. It's the symptom

Testosterone levels in men begin to decline from as early as their 30s or 40s. This subtle but steady decline can lead to a wide range of symptoms, from low energy, mood changes, and reduced libido to muscle loss, sleep disruption, and erectile dysfunction.

This slow hormonal shift, known as andropause or late-onset hypogonadism, is often overlooked. Unlike the more defined hormonal changes of menopause, andropause is easy to misattribute to stress, ageing, or lifestyle. As a result, many men go undiagnosed and unsupported.

The Andropause Course helps clinicians close this care gap, with practical tools, clinical insight, and an approach that supports men to optimise their health, performance, and longevity.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Describe the physiology of andropause and hormonal ageing
  2. Recognise common symptoms and associated health risks
  3. Select appropriate diagnostic and monitoring tools
  4. Develop holistic, individualised care plans
  5. Understand the role of both prescribers and non-prescribers
  6. Identify and manage treatment side effects
  7. Integrate andropause care within the context of longevity medicine
  8. Safely prescribe and monitor TRT as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
